Why most D2C brands
never get off the ground

These are the four walls every aspiring founder hits. D2C Launchpad is built to break through all of them — in order, in 90 days.

The Problem
💡
"I have an idea but don't know where to start"
Most founders spend months researching and planning without shipping anything. Week 1 ends with a validated niche and a product decision — not more research.
The Problem
🛍️
"I built a store but no one is buying"
A beautiful store with zero traffic is just expensive furniture. Weeks 6–11 are entirely about acquisition — Meta, Google, influencers, email, WhatsApp.
The Problem
📉
"I'm getting sales but losing money"
Most D2C founders can't tell you their actual CAC, LTV, or contribution margin. Week 14 fixes this with a live financial dashboard you build for your own brand.
The Problem
🏃
"I can't step away — the brand runs on me"
If you're the bottleneck, you have a job, not a business. Week 15 is entirely about SOPs, your first hire, and building systems that work without you.
Who Should Join
Built for every kind
of aspiring founder

Whether you have an idea, a product, or just the drive — D2C Launchpad meets you where you are.

01
Side Hustlers Going Full-Time
You have a product idea but are juggling a job. We give you a structured 90-day plan so you can build in parallel and launch with confidence.
02
Working Professionals Starting a Brand
You understand business but have never built a consumer brand. Learn the D2C playbook from people who've done it — not consultants.
03
First-Time Entrepreneurs
No prior startup experience needed. We cover everything from product ideation to your first paid order, step by step with live support every day.
04
Small Business Owners Going Online
You have a physical product or local business. We'll help you build a proper D2C channel, digital brand, and online customer acquisition engine.
